Bottom line is this - given our company's pricing plans, any of our agents will (9 out of 10 times) beat out an agent from these companies to get a listing and offer a rebate to get a buyer client.

The plan of these companies is designed to attract agents much like the Amway principle and the plans of many a network marketing company - but sooner or later that plan fails as in order to pay residuals to sponsoring agents, the pricing has to be high (not to mention, recruits have to stay put). Our plan has no residuals built-in so we will beat out the competition on prices/rates and programs each and every time. No amount of national growth will change that fact in our local area.

Our realtors have 24/7 access to the office to drop off contracts and checks, write and/or present contracts with clients. Both realtors and their clients can conveniently park along Joliet Street.
Our office has work stations for our realtors to use at anytime (providing MLS access, Internet access, printers, PC's, fax machine, copier, helium tank for open house balloons etc).
