Let us find your next tenant...no upfront fees or out of
pocket money. We advertise your property on the internet. We keep
a key to your rental in a locked box. We show your property to renters
ourselves. If the prospective tenant is interested in renting your
place, we will run a credit check, verify income and employment.
Upon your acceptance of the renter's application, we will then handle
the lease paperwork. We collect two checks from the tenant. The
security deposit check is remitted to you. The first months
rent check is retained as payment for our placement fee upon lease
signing. If we do not find a tenant for your property, you owe us
nothing. You have nothing to lose and a qualified tenant to gain.
2. Lease-Purchase and Rent-to-Own Options... Let us find
your next tenant who will buy your home after the lease is complete.
There is many landlord-seller advantages to this exit strategy.
As licensed Realtors, we can also market your property for sale
as a lease-purchase in the Great Northwest Indiana Multiple Listing
Service. Our purchase agreements met all applicable State of Indiana
