 Douglas
Willems- Principal Broker & REO Asset Manager
He is responsible for coordinating all activities related to securing,
preserving and marketing of these assets. His responsibilities
include but are not limited to processing time-sensitive documents
such as property condition reports, broker price opinions and
monthly status reports. Douglas is also responsible for coordinating
any rehab or repair work required, and upfront cost that is need,
and cash for keys. He maintains complete and accurate files on
each property. Douglas is the liaison between REO seller and potential
buyers, selling brokers, financial institutions and title companies.
He holds broker licenses in Indiana and Illinois. Douglas is currently
working towards earning the prestigious CCIM designation.
 Suzanne
Willems- REO Transaction Specialist / Registered Public Notary
Closer
She is Douglas Willems Assistant for anything he needs in the
Reo field.
She has extensive experience in short sale transactions as a Closer
& Realtor.
As a former closing officer and registered public notary . Suzanne
has vast experience of VA, FHA, and Conventional closing documents,
lender specific closing instructions,
examining and clearing title issues.
 Scott
Goddard- REO Property Services
He currently handles a local Northwest Indiana Bank REO properties.
Scott has many years of experience and local references that make
him an invaluable member of a team. He also is a licensed Realtor,
he know the before and after repair value of REO’s in Northwest
Indiana. Listed below are some of his reliable services:

- Lock Change out
- Lawn/Yard maintenance
- Weekly/bi-monthly property check-ups
- Winterizing
- Analysis of damage, repairs needed and a written estimate

Myers Waters- Associate Broker & BPO Specialist
She is a graduate of Purdue University. Ronda knows the REO Market
and has completed many BPO’s for various companies. As an
Engineer by degree, you can count on Ronda for accurate data on
any BPO order. She also has an extensive marketing plan for REO
properties.
